Boston Whaler 350 Outrage

The 350 Outrage is the ultimate center console. From bow to stern this boat is built for comfort yet durable enough to head offshore. This is a 2 owner boat with a recent 200hr service on (3) Mercury 300s holding about ~800 hours with all of the bells and whistles you could ask for. The current owner has taken great care of the boat, he has maintenance records and has had the boat washed biweekly and waxed quarterly since owning it. Engines have been flushed with fresh water after every use.

The amount of seating area on the bow of this clean Boston Whaler is superb. Looking forward from the helm towards the bow you will notice that the wrap around bench seating is focused around an adjustable height table that is ideal for resting a few drinks at the sandbar or a nice charcuterie board for the ladies. The end of the bench seats can be pulled upward to form a backrest facing the bow of the boat for improved comfort. While facing forward you will notice that the windlass is not visible like most boats of this size, it is located in the bow hatch leaving you with an undisturbed sleek look towards the water. The anchor hidden in a roller recessed into the bow stem and below that you will notice a tow eye, making this Boston Whaler the ideal tender option.

Coming aft of the bow you will notice an oversized forward lounge with adjustable armrests on both size, perfect for sun tanning or relaxing between reef drops. The lounge area lifts to provide plenty of large item storage. Holding on to the stainless steel railing heading back you enter the helm area

The helm consists of a glass enclosure with a built in windshield wiper and electric vent for air flow on the warmer days. Equipped with (2) 16" Raymarine touchscreens, Mercury autopilot, Fusion sound system, Lenco trim tab controls, VHF, Mercury Smartcraft joystick, and a Raymarine 42" open array radar, this boat has all the necessary electronics. There is plenty of visibility from the helm with a 6" lifted flooring and 3 comfortable helm seats to stay out of the elements. Looking up you will notice the aluminum outrigger locking handles perfect for accessibility for fishing. Equipped with a built in ladder and access hatch on both port and starboard sides of the helm for setting the removable aluminum outriggers. The starboard section below the helm seats has a standard 65 qt yeti cooler, and on the port side a designated spot for a 5 gallon bucket.

Aft of the helm station there is a fully functional rigging station with a cutting station, live-well, and sink from starboard to port. Each drawer underneath is built for versatile storage with stainless steel slides, gaskets, and drains for any water that finds its way in. Above the leaning station is a electric retractile shade station to keep you out of the sun. The rigging station and leaning posts have a combined 7 rod holders.

Under the deck there are (2) gulper pumped fish boxes port and starboard, the middle hatch includes 3 Optima batteries, Pronautic battery charger, 2 bait sentry livewell pumps, and 2 Attwood 2000 gph bilge pumps. The port gunnel has a dive door with a removable ladder, stored under the foldable aft bench seat. Aft of the dive door there is a pivoting handle for easy access into the boat if snorkeling or going for a swim.

With only 6" from the aft deck to the end of the (3) 300hp Mercury motors, most rods (over 6") can easily be maneuvered when fighting the fish of a lifetime, leaving no excuse for your line wrapped around the prop.

All in all, Brunswick outdid themselves with the 350 outrage. As a captain there are very few times I have walked onto a boat that I felt the manufacturer has thought of almost every detail possible. The Boston Whaler name has been an American classic for generations and truly lived up to their name with this build.
