Beautiful 2009 Pursuit 285 Offshore that has been lift kept, and very well maintained. Heavily built, beautifully styled, and expertly equipped—the Pursuit 285 Offshore is about as good as it gets these days in a midsize, high-end express. Like most Pursuits, she’s built on a deep-V hull with moderate beam and a solid fiberglass bottom. The 285 is a very versatile boat—probably more fishing machine than family cruiser, but she’ll serve either purpose with luxury to spare. Standard features include an integral bow pulpit, fiberglass hardtop, aft rigging station with sink, cockpit bolsters, aft-facing cockpit seats, insulated fish box, 32-gallon livewell (under seat base), foldaway rear seat, transom shower, gunnel rod holders, fresh and raw water washdowns, generator, cockpit rod storage, trim tabs, and transom door. Note that the helm and companion pedestal seats swivel to face aft. In addition to the large cockpit, the spacious interior of the 285 Offshore includes an amidships berth, galley with sink and microwave, enclosed stand-up head with sink and shower, and a convertible dinette forward. Fit and finish is second to none. Twin Yamaha 250s top out at 40+ knots.
