Yard period July 2024:
- New raw water impellers,
- Both main engine sea strainers rebuilt,
- Shaft stuffing boxes reset
- Bottom of hull sanded primed as required and applied two coats of black antifouling
- All running gear stripped and coated with prop speed.
- A/C system complete service 3 day barnacle acid flush.
- All sea cocks cleaned and serviced.
- MAN 1,000 hr service,
- MAN RexRoth control system upgraded with new hardware and software,
- Full engine flush of coolant, oil & oil filter full flush and service,
- Fuel system full service from Fuel tank to the engine and including water separators plus secondary filters.
- Exhaust dry stack system rebuilt from the turbo chargers to the water injection point.
- New cooling hoses on stb transmission
- Generator full service with oil, fuel, all filters, coolant, belts and impellor flush then change.
- Replaced all ship’s batteries with new and with new battery wiring,
- New Windlass
- Water pressure system complete service with rebuilt freshwater pump, new accumulator tank,
- New gage panel on F/B with all new gages,
- F/B autopilot head rebuilt,
- One rebuilt and one new MAN Engine monitoring system on F/B,
- New Ritchie compass on F/B
- New F/B consol cover,
- All bilge pumps serviced,
- Bow thruster serviced,
- Steering system serviced,
- Stern thruster rebuilt July 2024,
- A/C and D/C electrical system checked by ABYC certified tech.
