INTERIOR DESCRIPTION:
STORAGE AREAS:
The cabinets, lockers, drawers, and shelving fit well where sighted.
HEADLINERS:
Headliner material in the cabins appeared to be a light colored vinyl.
DOORWAYS:
Glass cockpit to salon sliding door.
FABRIC AND CUSHIONS: In good condition.
Wood cabin and head doors.
FLOOR AND WINDOW COVERINGS:
Floor covering is hard wood in the salon. Floor covering is carpet in the cabins.
Floor covering is teak and holly wood in galley.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Four (4) guest cabins, two (2) queen berth cabins, king berth cabin and side by side with single upper berth cabin. Appeared serviceable. Two (2) crew upper lower berth cabins. Appeared serviceable.
HEADS:
Five (5) heads and one (1) bidet.
SHOWERS:
There are stand up shower enclosures in the guest heads. There is a stand up shower enclosure in the crew head.
Fresh water hot and cold transom shower. Fresh water hot and cold anchor locker shower.
FAUCET FIXTURES:
The faucet fixtures and sinks were operable.

Welded stainless steel rail system, runs the forward perimeter of the deck. Appeared serviceable.
BOW PULPIT (BOW RAIL):
Stainless steel stanchions and rail system. Appeared serviceable.
TOE RAILS:
Molded FRP toe rails, part of deck layup.
VENTILATION:
Provided by portlights and hatch topsides and deck.
SCUPPERS:
Two(2) scuppers at port and starboard side decks. Transom doorways.
CHOCKS:
Two (2) stainless steel chocks at stern. Appeared serviceable. One (1) stainless steel chock at bow. Appeared serviceable.
WINDLASS/GIPSY:
Dual Lofrans capstan anchor windlass. Operated.
HAWSE PIPES:
Two(2) hawser pipe fittings at bow.
